THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Manager FP&A – Corporate Accounting to provide finance and accounting support to the Corporate Division. Major responsibilities include building the annual budget model, monthly forecast updates, monthly variance analyses, payroll/benefit accounting, and monthly close.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Supervision of 1 direct report and lead a team of 4
• Prepare annual budget models for Corporate Division and stand-alone companies
• Prepare monthly forecast models for Corporate Division and stand-alone companies
• Prepare month end variance analysis package for Corporate Division and stand-alone companies
• Build and maintain monthly headcount roll forward
• Build monthly department variance analysis and lead review meetings with business leaders
• Reconcile and post monthly payroll journal entries; manage monthly payroll/benefit account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly financial close process and preparation of financial statement account rollforwards and support schedules for review with management
• Oversight of Accounting/finance support personnel for Marketing and IT teams focused on detailed cost tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Other duties as assigned by management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7-10 years related work experience
• CPA preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel
• Oracle experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Multi-task oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organization skills
