Currently we are looking for reinforcement in the Sales Department. If you are a communication talent, if you keep a cool head when others have long since lost it, and you have experience in sales and in the field of live entertainment, you are the right person for us!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Manage your own sales pipeline independently and ensure structured documentation of your contacts
• Be the first point of contact for our promoters and work with them to develop integrated concepts for their ticket sales, considering the various systems, planned marketing activities and pricing strategies
• Acquisition of new customers (focus: music & entertainment)
• Take care of existing customers with the aim of long-term contract extensions and increasing customer satisfaction
• Represent Ticketmaster through constant contact with new and existing customers
• Help increase the level of awareness of Ticketmaster and further expand our market position
• Monitor the event market and communicate new developments
• You are the interface between company divisions and specialist departments such as event service, marketing, product management, support, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)
• You ideally have an apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a similar qualification
• You have already had some success in the sales field
• Familiarity with the event industry
• Ability to contribute with your experience to our sales team
• Flexibility in terms of time and business travel is no problem for you
• Very systematic way of working
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Well-versed in the use of current software as well as office applications.
