Location: Pentonville Road, London

Line Manager: Director of Recruitment

Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE TEAM

The Recruitment team sits within the HR function and manages the full recruitment cycle for vacancies across Live Nation Entertainment with a focus on UK vacancies whilst offering ad hoc recruitment services to International markets.

THE JOB

The Recruitment Coordinator will work with all members of the talent team to provide a recruitment service across Live Nation Entertainment. You will act as a first point of contact for line managers when they need help and advice regarding recruitment processes.

You will offer full administration support such as application management, advertising vacancies and maintaining and updating the recruitment applicant tracking system (Workday).

Additionally, you will support with direct sourcing candidates using our database and external job boards as well work as a brand ambassador to promote the LNE brand through networking events and marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Assist the talent advisors with managing recruitment campaigns
• Advertise vacancies on internal and external online resources using the ATS system (Workday) on job boards and social media channels.
• Help line managers with organising interviews and rejecting candidates
• Provide ongoing maintenance/updates when required to adverts
• Close adverts on the ATS system (Workday) and work with line managers to respond to all candidates
• Coordinate job offers with talent advisors and hiring managers
• Create and update talent pools of candidates
• Coordinate content on social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
• Produce targeted communications to contact candidate databases to boost applications and retain interest in LNE
• Help to drive direct recruitment channels with the wider Talent team, reflective of passive and active candidates
• Contact candidates following recruitment events to retain interest in LNE
• Follow ATS system (Workday) best practice guidelines regarding process & usage
• Deliver any additional duties and ad hoc projects as instructed by Director of Recruitment

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Previous experience in a recruitment coordinator/administration role.
• Confident in liaising with further HR professionals, line managers and candidates when required
• Proven experience of using applicant tracking systems (ideally Workday)
• Availability to support at onsite and offsite recruitment events, occasionally during evenings
• Keen interest in social media and promoting activities across online/digital forums
• Experience of direct sourcing candidates, Boolean searching, using external job boards and searching CV databases for suitable job applicants would be advantageous
