THE JOB

We are looking for an Analyst to join the Ticketmaster team to help manage our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system and ensure the integrity of the data it contains. As the individual will wear multiple hats in this fast-paced role, responsibilities can range from technical support and data management to reporting and business process analysis.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• System administrator for Ticketmaster's PPM system.
• Own the data management process and help manage the governance of our PPM system.
• Provide technical and qualitative support for various organizations across Ticketmaster.
• Generate ongoing monthly and quarterly reports that drive our portfolio management, finance, audit, and other processes.
• Develop reports used for business intelligence and financial reporting and bottleneck identification/reconciliation.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including program management, finance, and accounting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• BA/BS in a technical or quantitatively-oriented discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• SQL skills: Can comfortably execute basic concepts such as joins, unions, subqueries, and group/order by.
• Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets user: Data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience using industry standard project and portfolio management tools such as CA PPM is preferred.
• Experience building dashboards with business intelligence tools, such as JasperSoft or Domo, is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication: the role requires cross-team work with individuals who may not be familiar with another part of the business's work as well as presentations on new tools and processes
