Job Description
CBS Studios Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Data Analytics to join a highly analytical and dynamic team with high visibility and collaboration across the Paramount Global businesses. The Senior Financial Analyst will immediately contribute to a range of strategic projects and high priority initiatives, helping to drive insights and analysis to solve business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare participation calculations for Studio Finance team for inclusion in program ultimates
• Track incoming participation statements, perform reviews, and compare with associated audit rights in order to determine the Studio's position for possible audit engagement
• Review legal agreements and participation statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations
• Assist in cash planning and forecasting for long range participation and residual payments
• Research and resolve guild and third party audit settlements and legal proceedings related to Studio participations and residuals
• Work in team environment on various high exposure FP&A projects for executive understanding and decision making process
• Must be able to work with and analyze large amounts of data
• Partner with other groups to obtain relevant information for related participant analyses

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required, a focus on Finance or Accounting preferred
• 4+ years of rrelated experience, experience in a Finance or Accounting role in the entertainment industry preferred

Additional Qualifications
• MS suite experience with a strong concentration in Excel a must
• Strong analytical and communication skills required
• Previous experience in Participation and Residuals preferred
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Highly analytical, able to synthesize data and provide insightful narratives
• Results-oriented with the ability to balance multiple assignments at a time in a fast-paced environment to achieve desired results
• Able to build positive relationships with finance peers

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $72,900.00 - 95,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
