Job Summary:
This role is responsible for , but not limited to the following:
• Execute all venue payroll and work with department managers to confirm payroll accuracy
• Act as point of contact for all venue payroll issues and inquires
• Maintain logs of time sheets for entire season
• Troubleshoot and assist with employee payroll issues
• Communicate directly with corporate payroll as issues arise
• Verify employee time sheets
• Assist Operations Manager with projects and tasks regarding the venue, staff, overall operation, etc.
• Works with department managers to ensure that all departments are scheduled into TMSS with correct codes and information
• Assist different departments as needed on Show Days and Load In/Load Out Days
• Oversee all auxiliary show schedule needs- VIP, Volunteer, Activations, etc.
• Communicate with Payroll Corporate, HR, IT, etc. as needed
• Weekly Meetings with Operations Manager and GM
• Arriving for scheduled shift (assigned by Ops Mgr) on time and ready to work – Will include non-show days
• Coordinate and confirm event staffing to meet management requirements for all departments
• Maintain ABI scheduling templates and ensure staffing follows requirements laid out in the 2025 scheduling templates.
• Monitor and document call-outs and NCNS shifts – Calling in additional staff when necessary and possible.
• NCNS Shifts – Must follow updated policy for documenting and following up on NCNS shifts. Spreadsheet to be provided.
• Assist with employee onboarding and credentialing
• Support venue operations with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.80 USD - $21.00 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
