Reports To: Director, Partnership Marketing, Live Nation Canada

Job Summary:

Position Summary:

As a member of the Brand Partnerships team, this national role will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day deliverables of our music partnerships programs and supporting the creation and execution of our partnership marketing initiatives. This role will serve as a conduit between our marketing and partnerships teams, working closely with brand partners and agencies to ensure the efficient and effective management of these initiatives, while identifying new mutually beneficial opportunities. Responsibilities will also include supporting the Director, Partnership Marketing with the planning, execution and reporting of strategic partnership ventures, marketing programs, and proprietary events.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a conduit between Marketing, Partnerships, and agency teams to manage the priorities of all parties and fulfill obligations as needed
• Understand our partners' objectives to identify and present new opportunities
• Support Partnership Marketing team in handling marketing deliverables for partner programs and proprietary events, including but not limited to acquiring necessary approvals in a timely manner to meet partner deadlines
• Assist with payment of program and event costs on behalf of partners to artists, hosts, production, etc
• Track and report upcoming and current partner programs to Promoter, Marketing, and Ticketing teams
• Support the content management team on content strategy and execution of our social pages for the Live Nation Fans brand, while keeping apprised of the ever-evolving social media landscape and identifying growth opportunities on all platforms
• Fulfill partner and artist rights requests for artist and fan demographic profiles as needed and act as team lead in data reporting and insights using relevant data analytic tools
• Acquire music synchronization licenses for use in branded content and partner programs as required
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 year's in marketing industry with entertainment and/or partnership experience an asset
• Knowledge and experience with social media and content strategy an asset
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills
• Experience with data analytics and reporting an asset
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally
• Proven to perform well under pressure; managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentially and discretion
• Ability to work evenings & weekends as required
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
