Role Description
The Private Members' Club at 3Arena represents the pinnacle of hospitality in Ireland, delivering a seamless, elevated entertainment experience. We provide an exciting sanctuary for members who want to enjoy live performance without sacrificing comfort or convenience. We're seeking a Membership Executive to join our fun, passionate team, and share in delivering a personalised experience for members. No two shows are the same, and you'll be at the heart of it-supporting members, managing bookings, and ensuring every visit to the Club is memorable.
Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Experience in an administrative, client-facing, or membership-based role, ideally within a premium or service-led environment (a minimum of one year)
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Confident using digital tools and systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to CRM and ticketing platforms
• Highly motivated, conscientious, and detail-oriented
• Naturally builds strong relationships across a range of stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solver who remains calm under pressure
• Ability to review and suggest improvements to administrative processes that enhance the member journey

What the role includes
• Providing a personalised account management experience for Members and Founding Partners via phone and email
• Using CRM and ticketing platforms to manage membership accounts and provide ongoing support
• Working with Ticketmaster when shows are announced and preparing them for on-sale to members
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared in support of daily operations
• Updating and maintaining accurate information across membership systems and the website
• Preparing and sending member communications in line with the standards of the Private Members' Club
• Collaborating with the Private Members Club's team to prepare for show nights
• Representing the Private Members' Club on show nights, overseeing reception, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for members
• Taking ownership of specific membership-related tasks and projects, with accountability for delivery
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management
