About the Role:

As a member of the Marketing department, you will be involved in the marketing of some of the most exciting live events across Canada, featuring up and coming and established artists from around the world. Examples of past events include Beyonce, BTS, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Kendrick Lamar, Harry Styles, Michelle Obama, the Chainsmokers, Luke Combs, Chasing Summer Festival, and many more. In your role as Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with all Marketing teams to help the execution of successful marketing campaigns, including but not limited to promotions, paid media and organic social media.

Job Description:
• Work closely with the team in the execution of campaigns ranging in scope from clubs, to arenas, to festivals.
• Support the team with tracking and reporting on a show, vendor and organic social media level.
• Fulfilling ticket orders.
• Assist in managing organizational tools including calendars, marketing databases, overviews, and task trackers.
• Managing poster and flyer allocations and distribution.
• Collect screenshots from campaigns for reporting.
• Update final spends for actualization and settlement.
• Communicating creative needs to graphic artists.
• Coordinating contest prizing with contest winners.
• Help coordinate creative and copy for campaigns and social media posts.
• Helping to manage various websites and respond to customer service inquiries.
• Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, and Box in day-to-day tasks.
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years applicable experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or appropriate work experience
• Exceptional knowledge of GSuite and Excel
• Must have an avid interest in music, be knowledgeable about artists and genres, and have an overall interest in learning about the music industry
• Experience with Asana or other similar project management tools
• Familiarity with popular social media advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Spotify, Twitter, Snap etc.)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
• An exceptional ability to multi-task, stay organized, and self-manage tight deadlines and high volume
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to think resourcefully and problem solve
• A passion for events and marketing
• A proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively in a professional environment
• The ability to take direction while also displaying strong personal initiative
• A positive, winning attitude, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Available to work evenings and weekends as required

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
