Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will manage the Human Resources function for Live Nation.
The individual will be commercially focused and partner with the business to provide guidance and direction on all HR issues in line with the business strategy of their dedicated Client Group within Live Nation and its subsidiary companies.

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Experience of dealing with restructures, TUPE, mergers and/or acquisitions, and relocations
• Proven experience as an HR generalist at manager or business partner level
• Experience of complex employee relations
• Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in all areas of human resource management.
• CIPD qualified
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and in-house HRIS systems, ideally Workday)
• In depth knowledge of current UK employment law

What the role includes
• Provide strong commercial human resource support and be they key point of contact for advice on employment law and best practice, to include establishing and overseeing any new Human Resource policies and procedures
• Manage the risk of and advise on all employee relations matters, including restructures, performance concerns, absence issues, TUPE, consultations, investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings with support from the rest of the HR team
• Keep up to date with all new employment legislative changes and in advance pro actively produce policy recommendations
• Lead on all job family and job levelling for the UK business
• Partner with the HR specialist functions to provide HR focus on Recruitment, HRIS, Compensation and Reward, always with diversity in mind
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal work checks and management of all work visas to ensure the Company meets the requirements of the regulations that govern the Company's visa license and retention of grade A status
• Ensure all contracts and amendments to terms and conditions are complete and accurate, returned in a timely manner prior to payroll, and signed in accordance with the Statement of Authority
• Ensure all employee files are complete, digital and accessible
• Any other reasonable duties as directed by management
