THE JOB

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team and the nationwide management team for the Talent and Touring group within the Live Nation Concerts division.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Work closely with the HR Team and Management to facilitate and coordinate an exceptional on-boarding process for employees throughout the country
• Support the team with creation of job requisitions and postings of those positions
• Facilitate the offboarding process
• Assist with submission and review of pre-employment background screening
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, business unit leaders, executives and vendors
• Assist with data maintenance in our HRIS system (Workday)
• Support internship program
• Conduct internet research and other projects as needed
• Other admin duties as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2-5 years in an HR/Recruiting support role required
• Undergrad education in Administration or Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday
• Must be fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
• Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions
