THE TEAM:
Our Fulfillment team partners with teams across the organization to ensure that festival fans receive what they need to get in the gates at some of the largest music festivals in the world (EDC Las Vegas, Bonnaroo, ACL Fest, Governors Ball + many more). We play an instrumental role in delivering a world-class experience to hundreds of thousands of festival fans each year.

THE ROLE:

The Fulfillment Project Manager is responsible for leading fulfillment projects, including but not limited to, managing fulfillment staff and assigning them with daily tasks, planning and executing fulfillment timelines. The position performs duties related to the fulfillment of individual ticket orders, beginning with ticket receiving and culminating with package shipment in the most innovative, convenient, and fan friendly ways.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
• Plan and ensure fulfillment projects execution, including daily tracking and monitoring of project progress, providing support on fulfillment issues as they arise in real-time and report to the Fulfillment manager.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination in project execution
• Be a servant leader - support fulfillment team in their day to day tasks, processing of orders and help them be successful in their role
• Train and onboard temporary staff when starting new or existing fulfillment projects
• Maintain good working relationships with Client Operations Managers to effectively plan and execute fulfillment projects
• Take active part in continuous improvement of processes and implementation of new technologies
• Monitor and report on fulfillment center activity and trends
• Execute other projects and daily duties as assigned

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Leadership skills and experience in building and leading teams
• Previous fulfillment experience is desired
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, oral and presentation skills
• Experience in box office or ticketing office preferred
• Extremely well organized, ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort and experience interfacing with various levels of staff and management
• Proficiency with Word and Excel
• Business level fluency in English, both oral and written; Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Basic knowledge of the viral nature of the live event industry and experience with the live event lifecycle
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for extended periods of time
