Job Description
Title: Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator

Location(s): Los Angeles, New York, Houston, Atlanta

THE ROLE

The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Coordinator will play an essential role in the success of Live Nation's D&I efforts. You will collaborate across the global D&I Team, contributing to projects, partnerships and internal and external programs including: D&I Team and Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and planning, communications, recruitment initiatives, trainings and workshops.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Diversity & Inclusion team including but not limited to:
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
• Managing department email inboxes
• Organizing and maintaining documents, project plans, presentations, etc.
• Tracking and submitting expenses for payment
• Cataloging digital assets and collateral
• Assist with planning and executing recruiting-related events and activations
• Provide communications, programming and event support for ERGs
• Assist with preparing and maintaining written communications, toolkits and resources
• Support the planning and execution of D&I workshops and training programs
• Update and maintain the internal D&I website
• Assist the D&I team with collecting, analyzing and reporting data
• Develop and deliver presentations for various internal groups and stakeholders

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:
• Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project-based support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels
• Demonstrated initiative, successfully working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving capabilities with keen awareness of and attention to details
• Advanced organization and time management skills and comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle and manage confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and collaboration tools
• Willingness to occasionally work non-traditional hours and travel periodically for meetings and D&I-related events

Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Ability to organize, analyze, synthesize and communicate data
• Event planning and management experience
• Experience working in D&I or HR in a corporate environment
• Experience with HRIS and ATS applications
• Experience with Asana or other project management applications
