Job Description

Promoting a huge selection of global stars and up-and-coming talent, including the likes of Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Kendrick Lamar, Harry Styles and more, it's the core role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with the tactical implementation of Tour Marketing content across Live Nation Australia's digital channels.

This role is the perfect opportunity for a live music enthusiast, who is equally as passionate about digital marketing, to work within the entertainment industry.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be immersed in all the major social media platforms, with a sound understanding of trends, channel best practices and reporting metrics. High attention to detail is a must, as is a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a face-paced industry.

This role is based out of the newly-built Collingwood office in Melbourne, VIC.

Digital Channel Management & Development
• Assist with end-to-end implementation of activity across all key digital channels.
• Social: Scheduling, copywriting, customer service management and ad-hoc content creation
• EDM: Creating and delivering emails and database management
• Website: Managing Event, Artist and Home Page content across the Live Nation Australia website and relative Network sites
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and operational efficiency across Live Nation's suite of digital tools and platforms – including scheduling tools and content management systems.
• Engage with our audiences by sourcing and producing content that is highly relevant to Live Nation channels and create community management tone of voice.
• Provide reporting & insights across Tour Marketing campaigns to help inform future business decisions.
• Identify opportunities within the digital marketing sphere to grow audiences and improve ticket sales.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of Live Nation's broader tour marketing strategy as guided by the Vice President of Tour Marketing (ANZ) and Digital Manager (ANZ)
• Ensure Live Nation Australia maintains a high level of data governance and adheres to data security policies.

• Managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders with an agile mindset in time pressured situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to work through any changes across the digital tools we use.
