THE ROLE

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic and high energy HR team ! As a Recruiter at Live Nation , you 'll play a crucial role in driving growth and success of our business for 2021 and beyond.

You will be responsible for attracting and hiring the best and brightest talent for our Corporate and Artist Nation divisions through full cycle recruiting for all levels of positions ( non-exempt to managerial ) . You will partner directly with hiring managers and department leaders across business units.
Our ideal person will be well-versed in effectively sourc ing quality candidates and closing passive candidates on LinkedIn, have a varied corporate recruiting background from IT, Finance to Creative and is passionate about bringing in the highest level of talent to the organization with diversity and inclusion at the forefront.

You should be excited about developing new and efficient recruiting strategies within the organization but not afraid to get your hands dirty in the some of the day to day administrative recruiting duties.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Lead full life cycle recruitment including job description creation & posting, hiring manager communication, candidate submission & relationship management, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, generating offer letter s , coordinating new hire setup/logistics, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy to present talent profiles t hat deliver on the hiring needs of the business
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensatio n
• Collaborate with the team to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
• Assist Corporate Recruiting Manager with high-level Executive or complex business searches (sourcing, candidate coordination etc. )
• Provide and maintain reporting metrics for Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers
• Continue o ngoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant
• Assist with other special projects as required

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bach elor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business, Psychology or related subject preferred
• 2+ years of Corporate R ecruiting experience in entertainment, technology, retail
or hospitality industry preferred
• Experience hiring for a broad range of role s across Technology, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Marketing etc.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft
O ffice, knowledge of Workday or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and management teams on hiring initiatives and to develop an understanding of hiring nuances of the unique business
• Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced culture
• Ability to be independent,
organized and creative with your recruiting strategies
• Strong sense of curiosity and an ability to ask questions thoughtfully and thoroughly
• Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel
• Previous experience streamlining recruiting processes
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand market dynamics and organizations within the industry and/or function specialty
