THE ROLE
As a trustworthy leader, the Director of Human Resources Operations - Latin America (LATAM), will provide support and guidance to Live Nation's Latin America regions (i.e., Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, and more).
This role blends HR operations, workforce administration, compliance, employee relations execution, full-cycle recruiting, and cross-functional support for IT infrastructure and international acquisitions. A strong candidate will demonstrate collaboration and the ability to partner seamlessly with senior executives, production leadership, and global corporate teams. The Director, Human Resources Operations-LATAM will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the President of South/Latin America, assisting with LATAM growth.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations across LATAM for corporate, touring, venue, production, and festival hiring
• Serve as HR lead on all LATAM mergers & acquisitions and drive integration conversations/decisions with JV counterparts
• Own recruiting workflows, approvals, and compliance within Workday Recruiting
• Lead all day-to-day HR operations across LATAM including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, contracts, leave management, data integrity, audits, and personnel documentation
• Design, standardize, and optimize HR operational infrastructure across multiple countries with local compliance
• Lead Workday implementations for new countries and acquired entities
• Lead employee relations operations including performance documentation, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations
• Serve as HR's primary operational partner to IT for new hire system access provisioning, Workday integrations, and acquisition launches
• Create, update, and maintain regional SOPs and workflows to drive operational efficiency
• Serve as HR operations lead for LATAM expansion and international acquisitions
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and Business Leadership to ensure day-one readiness for new entities
• Build strong relationships with LATAM leadership teams, including President, regional GMs, and CFO
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Minimum 6-8 years HR operations experience, preferably within the entertainment industry
• Trilingual proficiency required: fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Advanced Workday expertise required, including Recruiting and M&A implementations
• Deep knowledge of LATAM labor laws and jurisdictions across multiple countries
• Experience delivering high-quality HR support to diverse client groups
• Ability to handle difficult, sensitive, and confidential situations with integrity and professionalism
• Strong cross-functional experience with IT, Legal, Finance, and Executive Leadership
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
• Ability to build positive working relationships with diverse groups, both internally and externally
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, and train others
• Experience interacting and communicating with all levels of business operations
• Ability to own initiatives end-to-end while working effectively as part of a team
• Ability to manage conflict effectively and productively
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced MS Office skills
• BS/BA with emphasis in HR preferred
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred

The expected compensation for this position is:
$120,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
