Job Description
THE JOB

US Concerts is seeking is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Campground Experience Coordinator for The Gorge Amphitheatre. As a Campground Coordinator at The Gorge, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campground operations to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for campers. This is a seasonal position with an events-based schedule from May 2024 to October 2024.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage the camp experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Greet campers upon arrival and provide information about campground rules and facilities.
• Collaborate with on-site and local experience coordinators within Live Nation.
• Regularly inspect campground facilities, including campsites, restrooms, showers, and common areas, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning. Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to campers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow campground emergency protocols (i.e. medical emergencies, accidents, or incidents).
• Educate campers about rules regarding noise, fires, and waste disposal.
• Promote environmental conservation practices among campers, including waste reduction, recycling, and respect for natural resources.
• Assist the assistant campground manager as needed including all administrative programs and initiatives related to the campground department.
• Work is mostly outside in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy condition. Walking, golf cart is required.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be able to maintain composure and organization in an often hectic and loud environment.
• Proficient computer skills required including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Possess a positive outlook, strong communication skills and the ability to engage others.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience finding creating solutions.
• 1 years' plus of administrative experience.
• 2-3 years' plus of work experience in a comparable role.
• 1-2 years' plus of leadership experience.
• Has a natural interest in helping others and a heart for service.
• Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
