C3 Presents - Seasonal PT Festival Marketing Coordinator
C3 Presents creates music festival experiences for millions of fans across the globe, setting the new standard each year for events that are as memorable as they are spectacular, including Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, Lollapalooza in Chicago (and seven other countries), and Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tennessee.
THE POSITION
A contract position beginning December 1, 2025 through July 17, 2026, the Festival Marketing Coordinator will primarily work on two client events happening March and July of 2026.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, management of organic social media management, budget and expense management, influencer coordination and digital support (on website, e-mail marketing, SMS, digital advertising and select traditional media outlets) for major milestones & announcements.
This position will work closely with the C3 Festival Marketing Department and other C3 departments to coordinate major festival announcements, logistics & ticketing message and fulfilling partnership agreements.
This role requires someone who is focused, highly organized, and able to continually prioritize while balancing multiple projects. Experience with social media strategy, overall digital marketing strategy and budget management is important, along with an attention and eye for detail.
The ideal candidate has a passion for music, live events, popular culture, and media trends. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently while having a team-oriented mindset.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Manage and update budgets for festivals in Airtable and our internal budget management platform
• Submit and monitor expenses and invoices in internal budget management platform
• Coordinate contest winner communication and prize fulfillment
• Manage social media strategy and posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
• Understand various marketing platforms including Sprout Social (preferred), Webflow, Mailchimp
• Coordinate with creative team on copywriting & asset production
• Handle administrative tasks & duties for marketing manager
• Assist with simple graphic design tasks via PhotoShop, InDesign a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-2 years of experience working in digital, marketing, social media, event production, festivals, tech and/or design
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, takes initiative and fast learner
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and budgeting platforms
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Zendesk, Webflow, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Basic knowledge of video editing for social media content
• Hard working, able to take direction and prioritize while juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Resourceful and detail-oriented
• 25 - 29 hours a week with a flexible schedule outside of major announcements
