THE ROLE
As the Tour Sponsorships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorship opportunities across all tour dates and cities. You'll develop compelling sponsorship packages, build strong relationships with brand partners, and ensure delivery of all sponsorship obligations. This is a high-impact role requiring creativity, negotiation skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own and manage overall sponsorship sales & strategy
• Identify and pitch to prospective sponsors aligned with each tour's audience, values and financial needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Create tailored sponsorship packages and presentations for potential partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all sponsors before, during, and after the tour.
• Coordinate activation elements, branding, and deliverables across tour stops.
• Ensure fulfillment of all contractual sponsorship benefits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, legal, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Oversee sponsor branding on promotional materials, digital assets, and onsite at events.
• Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI.
• Provide post-event recaps to sponsors, including data, photos, and engagement metrics.
WHAT YOU BRING
• 3–5+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or partnership management, ideally within tours, live events, sports, music, or entertainment.
• Proven track record of closing high net sponsorship deals and managing brand partnerships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure.
• Extensive existing relationships with brands and brand agencies.
• Experience with B2C experiential marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and sponsorship legalities.
• Note that nights and weekend work and travel will be necessary.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
