VP, Digital Marketing (Creative Advertising MPG)

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening with our Motion Picture Group (MPG) for a Vice President, Digital Marketing. This role is responsible for leading digital marketing efforts in support of our theatrical film slate and supporting the Senior Vice President in all other aspects of digital marketing; including strategic planning, creative execution, social media and 360 creative ideas.

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop culturally relevant and impactful digital marketing campaigns that connect Lionsgate films with consumers across the world

• Create diverse range of marketing content and initiatives with an emphasis on mobile, social media, video, and display

• Communicate different facets of campaigns to executives, filmmakers, talent and talent representatives

• Serve as a cross-functional liaison across internal marketing divisions, including creative advertising, publicity, media, brand partnerships, exhibitor relations, and research, with a focus on leading collaborative cross-divisional initiatives

• Oversee a team of digital agencies – providing creative direction and strategic vision based on internal conversations, while shepherding scope, budget, and overall campaign resources

• Develop data-first initiatives for the Lionsgate brand as well as individual theatrical titles

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong understanding of how to ideate, create and finesse best-in-class digital creative

• Understanding of who the best agencies are and how to direct them to produce superior quality work

• Minimum of 5 years entertainment marketing experience

• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various groups

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working for an entertainment studio preferred

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing

• Experience in managing and mentoring others

Nice to Haves
• Experience with editing, music, graphics, AV Creative

• Experience with Print Creative

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
