As a VIP Program Lead, you will be responsible for creating awareness of the program and its events among VIPs, art collectors, and art professionals across the United States as internationally, and ensure their attendance to the opening weekend. Your primary role will be to oversee the organization of the VIP programming, which will comprise a wide range of events. Additionally, you will assist with communication efforts related to the project and work closely with an Events Manager responsible for logistics and delivery of all the events included in the programming.

Responsibilities:
• VIP Engagement: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage VIPs, art collectors, and art professionals throughout the United States, creating awareness of the VIP programming
• VIP Programming: Plan and oversee the organization of a Frieze level VIP programming aimed at providing a unique experience for VIP attendees.
• Communication: Assist in crafting and coordinating all communication efforts related to the art event, including newsletters, microsite contents, and other promotional materials.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIPs, art collectors, and art professionals, serving as the primary point of contact and addressing their inquiries.
• Events Management: Work closely with an Events Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of events programming logistics, ensuring smooth execution of the various events according to schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to create a prestigious programming and maximize the impact and reach of the project.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on the progress of VIP engagement efforts, event programming, and communication activities to the Frieze team.

Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in VIP cultivation, preferably in the art and cultural sector, with a successful track record of engaging VIPs, art collectors, and art professionals.
• Network: Extensive network and contacts within the art industry, including VIPs, art collectors, and art professionals across the United States.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with diverse audiences.
• Team Management: Previous experience in managing a team or coordinating with other individuals involved in event logistics is highly desirable.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, work independently, and take initiative to ensure the success of the art event.
• Passion for Art: A genuine passion for the arts and a deep understanding of the art industry, with knowledge of current trends and key players.

Additional Information
• This role is temporary and part-time for a contract length of 8-months (February to September 2024), further details of the working pattern will be shared with the candidate at interview stage.
• The ideal candidate will also be based in or around Los Angeles, CA.
• This role will involve occasional weekend work.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$92,400 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$123,200 annually
