Manager, Originals Marketing (Temporary Contractor)

Summary of Position

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid schedule with Monday – Thursday in office and Friday work from home)

Duration: Approximately 6 months with a target start date of ASAP

Rate: $2,000-$2,500/week depending on experience

This temporary employee will be paid as a W-2 employee through a 3rd party payroll service. We are unable to consider candidates who can only be set-up as a W-9 Consultant.

The Originals Marketing team is seeking a temporary contractor at the Manager level to support the development and execution of high profile, integrated marketing campaigns for Starz Original series, providing project management and creative feedback across multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with show lead on marketing campaign positioning, strategy and creative development

• Manage all campaign decks and presentations and create on-brand, visually appealing documents

• Serve as main contact for marketing assets and information across departments; collaborate with cross-functional internal partners and external agencies and partners

• Manage AV, print and digital assets by being the liaison between creative agencies and internal departments

• Clearly communicate strategic and creative notes to internal and external partners

• Create and update essential campaign documents including video grids, campaign rollouts, marketing calendar, decks for Executive and EP presentations.

• Assist with the management of marketing events and stunts; provide direction to agencies, vendors and internal partners, manage on-site creative, brand ambassadors and the creation and distribution of premiums and collateral.

• Manage internal show budgets both internally and directly with vendors, including using internal tracking software, as well as tracking budgets across all campaigns.

• Responsible for routing all materials through proper legal channels.

• Aid in approval of marketing materials through final deliverables (mix, picture, graphics)

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience at a network or major studio working on the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Must be familiar with the creative development process and production process as a whole.

• Proven success managing and providing support to high-level executive(s).

• Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confident manner under tight deadlines.

• Display good judgment, tact and ability to maintain confidentiality.
