Specialist, Screening Operations

Job Description

Summary of Position

This position will support the Screening Operations team providing administrative and technical support for ordering, movement and organization of physical and digital files while tracking associated costs and maintaining budgets.

Responsibilities
• Work in digital screening platforms to provide internal teams with secure screenings of Lionsgate materials

• Manage security alterations of pre-released feature editorial materials for finishing purposes

• Coordinate secure delivery of marketing materials with in-house teams and external vendors

• Manage logo assets and distribute to needed vendors and partners

• Provide administrative assistance for the Screening Operations team in order to manage calendars, organize orders and track file movement and digital storage

• Process and track invoices from receipt to final payment, create purchase orders in SAP, and manage spending for the Screening Operations team

• Work with Sr. Manager of Screening Operations to ensure proper security protocols are met for both digital platforms and file movement with our partners

Qualifications and Skills
• Must be able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

• Knowledge of online presentation and storage platforms; Clear, Indee.TV, Eventive & PIX

• Editing software knowledge; Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere important

• File transfer knowledge necessary (Aspera Connect, Aspera P2P, FileRunner (Sohonet))

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) skills helpful

• Familiarity with SAP a plus

Compensation

$63,000 - $65,000 annually
