Summary of Position
Lionsgate's Worldwide Television Marketing Group is seeking a Manager, Marketing Asset Servicing, to handle marketing assets servicing for all current and catalog TV titles for EST, SVOD, and AVOD/OTT digital platforms. This role is for someone with experience in the International entertainment space and localization procedures. They are resourceful and work well independently or within a group. Responsibilities
• Localizes artwork, metadata, and trailers and sends them to the labs to deliver to platforms
• Grants access to marketing materials via Box or other digital delivery methods to platforms, clients, and labs
• Organizes pre/post and finished ENG & localized marketing assets on servers, Box, or sends them to other teams at Lionsgate
• Majority of work is on International TV titles, but often works on Domestic TV titles and TV features rights on platforms (Pluto, Tubi, Roku, HBO Max, Peacock)
• Work as liaison between studio and vendor for the Servicing and OPS teams to get TV marketing across various digital platforms, worldwide networks, broadcasters, and studios
• Will occasionally need to source materials for localization and distribution
• Stay aligned with various Lionsgate departments on deadlines and assets required for delivery and alerting them of any variance
Qualifications and Skills
• 3-5 years' working for a post-house, media services company, film or television studio or network
• Familiarity with distribution services, practices and processes
• Experience servicing media assets, whether from a network or studio or media services company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great organizational skills
• Photoshop skills strongly desired
• Audio/Video format and understanding a plus
• Project management experience a plus
• Adstream experience a plus
