Coordinator, Domestic Sales Strategy & Planning

Job Description

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator to report to the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy & Planning in the Worldwide TV & Digital Distribution department. This position focuses on supporting the domestic sales team, including communicating/tracking series product.

Responsibilities
• Track dates, title information, and go-to-market strategies for new release/library series in both excel and internal systems.

• Compile avail reports and create tailored packages for clients.

• Attend meetings, take notes, and communicate information to key stakeholders including executives.

• Collaborate cross-departmentally on projects, including with sales, legal, rights management, etc.

• Trouble shoot rights data (identify and facilitate correction of rights in, rights out, or metadata errors) and ensure titles are reflected correctly in availability platform.

• Track series residuals & evaluate impact on sales strategy.

• Update graphical sales tools for strategic windowing projects.

• Maintain sales & financial trackers/systems.

• Support the domestic sales team on key and/or ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Excellent organization, note taking, and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong reading comprehension skills.

• Must possess the ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environment.

Nice to Haves
• 1 year of related experience preferred.

• Ability to analyze and understand large sets of data.

• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of advanced formulas a plus.

• Highly motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly, take accountability for tasks, and proactively anticipate needs.

• An understanding of the ever-evolving TV distribution landscape and a strong interest in the business side of entertainment.
