Job Summary/Description:

The National Sales Assistant is responsible for helping the National/Regional Sales Manager with the needed tasks in order to grow national business. Will also assist the Traffic Manager with various traffic functions.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Overall knowledge of Comscore ratings and methodology is preferred
• Wide Orbit, Dare, E-Port and Microsoft Excel experience is preferred
• Strong initiative, organizational skills and attention to detail is required
• Willing to learn all research and utilize in client proposals effectively
• Communicates with National Agencies on a daily basis & maintains all sales order documentation
• Processes make-goods, program changes & researches discrepancies
• Send pre and post logs as requested
• Maintains and updates filing systems, and political file
• Ability to be flexible and multi-task is essential
• High level of accuracy required
• Ability to work well with staff and customers necessary

Qualifications/Requirements:
• One to two years of administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe necessary
• Digital experience preferred
• High School Diploma or College degree in related field
