Job Summary/Description:

KWCH/KSCW is looking for a dynamic storyteller Multimedia Journalist/Anchor to contribute to our on-air and social media platforms by telling compelling stories, responding to breaking news, and filling in on the anchor desk. This MMJ/anchor will also anchor live coverage and presentations on our OTT platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Ability to identify, write, shoot, edit, and present stories for broadcast and digital media.
- Must be knowledgeable of community issues and current events.
- Able to anchor live news coverage as it is happening on our OTT and/or broadcast platforms.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous reporting or producing experience is preferred for this position
- Great communication skills are a must
- Ability to anchor live news coverage as it is happening
- Comfortable, confident, and competent live reporting/anchoring experience
- Strong news judgment
- A college degree in journalism, broadcasting or communication arts
