Job Description
KTVI/KPLR is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Web Sales & Traffic Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a high degree of professionalism, effective interpersonal relation skills, ability to organize and prioritize workload, function well in pressure situations, be able to meet strict deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Assist in production of the daily commercial logs for our FOX/CW duopoly
• Work with Account Executives to obtain traffic instructions and commercial materials as necessary
• Aid in the trafficking of digital orders to numerous vendors on various web platforms
• Collaborate with Account Executives to implement and execute web campaigns as well as monitoring campaigns looking for optimizations to increase results
• Assist Traffic Manager with commercial inventory management
• Communicate effectively with the Traffic Operations Hub and the Master Control Hub regarding formatting, traffic and inventory matters
• Help to resolve various issues and requests from Sales
• Serve as backup for other Traffic and Sales duties

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet daily and weekly deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior broadcast or media experience in Sales and Traffic operations preferred
• Experience with the Wide Orbit Traffic system is a plus
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
