Job Summary/Description:

KKTV is growing and is now in search of a high-energy person with a professional appearance and positive attitude. Sales Assistants are detail oriented, creative and able to learn quickly. This position is for a sales assistant with a self-starter mentality and with the ability to be customer service oriented. This individual must work closely with a sales team to develop and accurately execute advertising/marketing solutions for clients across television and digital platforms. Customer service, both internal and external, is important as this individual will be helping to steward campaigns for clients.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
- Support the local sales staff in all aspects of sales operations
- Create sales presentations
- Organize station projects and events
- Generate and prepare various reports in Wide Orbit, Admall, Comscore, Google analytics, etc.
- Enter sales orders quickly and accurately, sales contract flow, pull spot times, reconcile contracts, handle makegood, invoices and other support systems and databases
- Coordinate sales meeting and sales events

Sales experience is not required; however, the drive to become a member of the region's top selling sales teams is essential. We are looking for people who are interested in becoming apart of a fast paced fast growing sales team. Applicant should enjoy working in a culture that offers a professional environment with excellent opportunities to learn station operations. KKTV is looking for someone with a great attitude. If you have common sense and a sense of humor, you move to the front of the line. Candidate must have high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record, as you will occasionally be required to use your vehicle for business.
