Job Summary/Description:

The Local Sales Assistant will work with the General Sales Manager & Local Sales Manager with all aspects of Local sales: Order entry, makegoods, local commercial instructions & station logs. The Local Sales Assistant will also help assist Local Account Executives with day to day business.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Check for missing commercial instructions for local accounts. Enter new information as it comes in. Reach out to buyers when you are missing instructions.
- Check for pending commercial spots that need to be received and processed inside the station; create paperwork and assist with process.
- Pull commercial spot placements for local accounts and schedule commercial makegoods.
- Enter new/revised orders as they come in.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Be a team player with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and complete specific tasks on deadline. Highly effective communication with the General Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager.
