Full-Time Theatrical Assistant - KMR Talent
Hours: M-F 9:30AM - 6:30PM + opportunity for overtime
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000
A bi-coastal talent agency is seeking an outgoing and ferociously organized assistant to support our SVP/Senior Agent in the New York Theatrical Department. This individual will have a proven track record of being independently proactive, detail-orientated, and thriving in a dynamic, engaging, and supportive environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
- Regularly communicating, collaborating, and corresponding with clients, managers, and casting
- Scheduling virtual/in-person meetings and managing SVP's calendar
- Tracking appointments, self-tapes, bookings, and contracts
- Tracking all active TV, Film, and Theatre projects within the agent's coverage
- Ability to interact with various departments
- Willing to be accommodating to additional responsibilities as they occur with the expansion and development of the position
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
- BA/BS degree required
- Agency and/or casting experience preferred
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solver
- Strong task management skills, forward-thinker
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and analytical
- Proficient in PC, Microsoft Office, and Google
- Experience with InEntertainment and Breakdowns is a plus
- A passion for Theatre and scripted Television
