The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Floater assistant for 18 assistant desks
Provide inventory control system
Acting as catch all for extra work that comes up for assistants and agents
Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
Script coverage
managing a very high volume of day to day materials, appointments, emailing and requests
Fluency in iE Entertainment and Breakdown Express
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in the casting/agency world, as well as impressive experience from university involvement, internships, PT and/or FT positions
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Must be a highly professional and equally so, engaging person
Major plus if on the ''agent track"
