Job Duties:
Lead the Australian market while expanding IMG Model's footprint across the broader Asia-Pacific region. This role is both strategic and operational, accountable for delivering growth, profitability, and market leadership while strengthening the region's alignment with IMG Models' global strategy. The role will be central to revitalizing the Australian business, developing new commercial pipelines in Asia, and ensuring IMG's brand and talent representation remain at the highest global standard across all territories. APAC market intelligence reports and strategic action plans will be delivered quarterly by this role and will further oversee forecasting accuracy ensuring alignment with finance and consistent reporting on progress against targets. This role will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining key leadership and management within Australia to support continued business growth.
Job Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership roles within fashion, talent management, or creative industries.
• Proven success in business development, market expansion, and commercial growth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast accurately, and deliver on financial targets.
• • Strong experience in leading and developing teams across multiple markets.
• Deep understanding of the fashion and entertainment landscape across Australia and Asia.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
