We've built Europe's best-connected broadcast centre at Stockley Park, London, distributing 35,000 hours of content globally and creating some of the world's best sporting coverage. Our facilities include four broadcast studios, fifty edit suites and a multitude of radio, podcast, dubbing and VFX facilities, with specialisms in remote production and carbon reduction thanks to our Green to Screen initiative. Whether it's live coverage, archive, highlights, social media, branded content or feature films, we give the audience a front row seat to the best sport in the world.
What You'll Do:
Are you passionate about the media and production industry? We're looking for a dedicated Runner to support our clients and teams at IMG Studios!
As a Runner, you'll be the heartbeat of our studios, making sure everything runs smoothly and looks fabulous. Your mission? Keep our edit suites, galleries, and studios sparkling clean and ready for action! You'll also be prepping Green Rooms and Dressing Rooms for our fabulous clients.
Think of yourself as the ultimate behind-the-scenes superstar-building strong relationships with clients and staff, tackling administrative tasks with flair, and even getting the chance to develop a personalised training program with our Lead Studio Resources Manager.
Plus, you'll have the opportunity to support fun in-house events and help manage deliveries like a pro!

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Checking edit suites, galleries and studios daily to ensure they are clean and tidy and ready for bookings.
• Preparing Green Rooms and Dressing Rooms for Studios clients.
• Maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, freelance operators and staff and maintain a helpful, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.
• Supporting the Production Services & Studios teams with administrative tasks.
• Working with the Lead Studio Resources Manager to develop a personalized training programme with a view to career development in a technical/operational role at IMG.
• Assisting the studios team with ad hoc inhouse events.
• Reporting any problems or faults with fixtures or fittings to the Office Admin team and Lead Studio Resources Manager.
• Carrying out general tasks to assist productions and IMG Studios teams as required by any staff member or client.
• Taking receipt of deliveries, checking stock against delivery notes.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Experience in a client facing role and understanding of good customer service
• IT Skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• A desire to pursue a career in a technical/operational role
• Work experience in a media environment in a technical/operational role.
• Interest in sport
