What You'll Do:
IMG is looking for a dynamic Production Assistant to join our team and support our vibrant media productions at the R&A Content Hub.
As a key player in our operations, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing financial processes such as raising Workorders and Purchase Orders while maintaining IR35 compliance. Your responsibilities will also extend to processing invoices and occasional expenses, meticulously updating cost trackers to keep projects within budget.
In addition to your administrative duties, you'll collaborate closely with the Production Coordinator to handle crucial logistical tasks. This includes booking accommodations, travel arrangements, and coordinating equipment logistics for large-scale radio productions. Your role will also involve managing freelancer bookings and ensuring all post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets, archive lists, and scripts, is completed accurately and uploaded promptly.
As part of your responsibilities, you'll maintain and update essential production documents as directed by the Production Manager and Coordinator. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various teams within IMG, contributing to the seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Provide general administrative support to the production
• Raise Fieldglass Workorders and Purchase Orders and ensure associated IR35 data is added to the IMG system
• Process invoices and occasional expenses and update the cost trackers accordingly
• Assist the Production Co-ordinator with some key logistical tasks such as booking hotels, travel and equipment for larger Radio productions
• Booking freelancers
• Complete and upload post-production paperwork, including music cue sheets, archive lists, scripts
• Ensure key production documents, as assigned by the PM and PC, are maintained and accurately completed
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Manager
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Previous experience in production administration
• Highly organised
• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Good command of the English language and excellent grammar skills
