Client Accountant for Agency

Job Description

We are a boutique agency that specializes in representing people behind the camera. We are looking for a full time Accountant to join the team. This position focuses on the accounting for the clients at our company. The position is currently remote, therefore the ability to work from home is a must. The ideal candidate will be motivated and detail-oriented. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

What You'll Do:

-Sort scanned paystubs

-process all incoming client checks and wires

-create bills/invoices in Quickbooks

-send payday notices to CFO/clients/business managers.

-Provide status of outgoing client payments to agency assistants/agents/clients as necessary.

-Do start work on behalf of the clients.

-Submit timecards/invoices on behalf of clients/agency.

-Track the commission made for every payday.

What You Need: Accounting experience and previous experience with production timecards and start work. MUST be proficient in Google Sheets, Dropbox, Outlook & Quickbooks Excellent Communication Skills - both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to explain accounting details and concepts. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
