Job Description
The Director of Data & Audience Activation will be responsible for leveraging data and audience insights to create and execute strategies to increase sales opportunities and revenue. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and target the right audiences, create customized sales campaigns, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Resonsibilities:
• Leverage data and audience insights via the DMP to identify and target the right audiences and create customized sales campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales opportunities and revenue.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and presentations.
• Analyze data and provide insights to the sales team to inform decision-making, activation and post-sales reporting
• Monitor sales performance and progress and adjust as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients (internal and external).
• Work with Product Marketing and PDE Teams to develop, scope and create GTM materials for new data and insight products.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments – including data collaboration and privacy regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing platforms, customer data platforms, and data management platforms.
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages as well as visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that improve customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
This role requires the position to be located in New York, NY with an in-office presence of 3 days a week.
The base salary for this role is between $129,000 to $155,000 annually. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
