Your impact:

Hearst Design Collection, (Elle Decor, House Beautiful and Veranda), is looking for a Sales Assistant to support the SVP and other managers and/or sellers in the New York office, along with the opportunity to learn about multi-platform sales and marketing across all three brands.

What you'll do:
• Manage daily calendars and travel schedules, especially for the SVP
• Fulfill various manager requests on behalf of the team and our clients
• Assist/help/prepare for internal weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings
• Maintain and complete needed excel, word and google documents
• Provide custom support for special projects for sales and marketing teams Who you are:
• Outstanding professional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well with others
• Superior organization skills and keen attention to detail
• Multi-tasker and problem solver in a fast-paced environment
• Software programs used: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Passion for media and marketing
• Ability to keep all work and information confidential
