The Job:
The Specialist, Growth & Revenue Marketing reports directly into the VP, Growth & Revenue and supports cross-functional and growth projects related throughout the organization and drives the implementation of infrastructure-building initiatives within Marketing.
This individual will have the opportunity to participate in new initiatives designed to drive standardized ways of working internally within the Marketing organization (e.g., Test & Learn framework) while supporting the development of new and exciting promotions and programs designed to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
The Daily:
• Support research of trends and competitive landscape to formulate the ideation of new opportunities/test ideas to help increase acquisition, engagement and retention
• Collect and analyze internal performance data to develop optimization strategies for new and existing Marketing programs
• Support the launch of promotional campaigns (dollars off, % off, rebates, gift cards, etc.)
• Work closely by partnering with internal teams (e.g., Analytics, Media Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of new programs and initiatives within Marketing
• Collaborate with Marketing functions, product, development, design and content to articulate new growth opportunities and ways of working within Marketing
• Stay up to date on new platform updates and features
• Proactively communicate any issues or concerns to internal teams when necessary
• Participate in cross functional meetings and provide key takeaways
• Pull ad hoc reporting as needed from various tools and platforms
The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in supporting a digital marketing team
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and the ability to react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently
• Project management skills
• Basic knowledge of:
• Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Google Drive (Doc, Sheet, Slides)
• Key Marketing Channels (SEM, Direct, SEO, Display, Email, Push, In-app)
• Social Platforms (FB, IG, TW, Snap, TikTok)
