Warner Bros. International Television Distribution (WBITD) licenses new and library movies and television series to broadcasters and on-demand services outside of the USA. WBITD licenses content from the Warner Bros. HBO, HBO Max and Cartoon Network catalogues.

Warner Bros' movies include: the Wizarding World Franchise; DC Franchise (e.g. WONDER WOMAN, THE DARK KNIGHT Trilogy, THE MATRIX Franchise, THE LORD OF THE RINGS Franchise; and TENET.

Key current series include THE FLASH, BATWOMAN, SUCCESSION, WESTWORLD, YOUNG SHELDON, GOSSIP GIRL, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT. Key library series include FRIENDS, THE BIG BANG THEORY and THE VAMPIRE DIARIES.

The head office of WBITD is in Burbank, California. In Europe WBITD has offices in London, Madrid, Munich, Paris, Moscow and Rome; from which it services clients throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

The Job

Warner Bros. are currently seeking a Sales Administration Manager to provide administrative support to the UK/Eire/Malta WBITV team's sales and business development efforts. They will be responsible for ensuring all deals and amendments are correctly entered into Cosmos (WBITD's Rights and Contract Management System) and Co-ordinate with the Digital Distribution teams to provide accurate Broadcaster TX dates/holdbacks/restrictions within WBITV Agreements.

The Daily
• Ensure rights are checked for new deals under discussion with potential issues flagged promptly and investigated as appropriate (e.g. liaising with Rights Admin)
• Track sales history for key franchise titles liaising with Marketing to support drafting opportunities
• Ensure Avails are updated and distributed to Clients on a quarterly basis
• Ensure that new features and series deals / amendments are entered into Cosmos and promoted to Contract Admin promptly and accurately
• Liaise with Legal to facilitate prompt execution of contractual paperwork
• Work closely with the Senior Sales Admin Executives
• Support Executive Director/Sales Admin & Account Director with budget forecasts when required
• Act as liaison for the UK & Eire team to raise and follow up on Cosmos tickets (system issues)
• Liaise with Home Entertainment and Rights Admin to ensure that confirmations of theatrical release and home entertainment release dates are obtained and circulated so that TV release windows can be updated in Cosmos
• Identify proposed sales of programs where talent approvals will be required, ensuring UK Sales team are aware of these, and liaising with Contract Admin and Rights Admin to submit and process requests promptly
• Ensure MDRs are raised as required, working with Tech Ops, and liaising with Executive Director, Sales Admin/Sales Admin & Account Director to address issues (e.g. material requests for deals not yet signed)
• Plan priorities for deal processing in Cosmos based on avail dates, ensuring quarter close deadlines are met, and looking ahead to the key priorities for the following quarter
• Ensure that product notice change orders for Sky 1st Pay Features deal are processed promptly so that Contract Admin are able to issue product notices a quarter ahead of avail dates
• Maintain official departmental files with reference copies of executed agreements, amendments, product notices, and withdrawal notices
• Support distribution of HBO, HBO Max and Turner product

The Essentials
• Experience in television distribution or broadcasting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office – must be very proficient with Excel and system focused.
• Experience and confidence when dealing with clients.
• Excellent communication skills including a good telephone manner
