Your New Role…

The Photo Coordinator for HBO/MAX Photo services will assist the Photo Services department in all aspects of publicity, episodic and gallery photography. Duties include but are not limited to:

Your Role Accountabilities…
Oversee a selection of documentary, animated, and acquisition titles independently.

Assist Photo Producers
• Processing Screengrabs on documentaries, animated series or titles where traditional photography is limited
• Photo Editing
• Specialty photo requests
• Talent approvals
• Uploading Photography to internal DAM
• Photographer research
• Contract Management- Track and organize contracts

Library Management
• Photo Metadata
• Ingesting assets into internal DAM
• Managing photo assets for acquisition titles
• Server organization

Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience using Photoshop, photo-editing software such as Photo Mechanic, Bridge, Digital Fusion
• Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize
• Basic contract knowledge
• Works well under pressure
• Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization
• Bachelor's Degree in photography, journalism or communication or related field preferred
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency using Mac and PC environments and working with various servers
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
