WarnerMedia seeks an Integrated Media Sr. Manager for the AcqGrowth Mkt – HBO Max department.

The Integrated Media Sr. Manager will help drive the paid media strategy for Max Originals campaigns. This role leads the paid media approach across traditional and digital, including TV, advanced TV, ACR, OOH, social, digital video, audio, programmatic, direct digital partnerships and Fusion/Portfolio media. This role partners closely with Program/Originals Marketing team, the media agency, media partners and works across teams within Growth Marketing to drive collaboration, efficient use of our media investment and best in-class entertainment campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in executing media campaigns which drive measurable results, thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple campaigns at a time.

The Daily
• Drives the paid media strategy for HBO Max Originals campaigns, partnering with the Originals Marketing Team, from briefing through measuring performance
• Ensures campaigns have cohesive go-to-market media strategies and helps to drive cross-campaign alignment to fuel growth
• Manages the media agency with project prioritization, media budgets and meetings
• Partners with lifecycle team to drive full funnel media investment planning, testing and results
• Partners with audience and analytics/measurement teams to develop thoughtful and executable test and learn initiatives around full funnel media
• Works across divisions to coordinate, plan and measure overall investment including Fusion funds
• Partners closely with TMG team to advocate for, align on and plan Fusion and Portfolio media, providing insights on overall campaign strategy, paid plans for Max Originals' priorities
• Works across divisions with WB and Turner Media teams to drive connectivity on overall media efficiencies across partners and media agency
• Builds strong partnerships with key media partners to make the most of investment, ad formats, testing and learning opportunities
• Contributes to a culture of sharing of best practices, creating actionable and easily interpreted reporting in collaboration with the agency and measurement team to uncover media and creative performance insights

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
• 6-8 years' work experience at a media agency or at a brand/publisher working
• Entertainment and Sports/Family/Kids experience preferred
• Streaming experience preferred
• Experience with integrated planning, especially television inclusive of addressable & advanced tv
• Experience within ad platforms such as DV360, Facebook, Twitter, and other DSPs
• Proactive, detail-oriented, accountable, and enthusiastic
• Experience working in highly cross-functional and matrixed organizations; a natural collaborator who enjoys working across teams
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt rapidly in an agile environment with shifting priorities - balance cross functional teams' needs, reacting quickly, dynamically, and intelligently
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
• Superior project management skills: highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once
• Savvy in building decks and able to synthesize strategy and plans for various audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, Excel. Experience with the following tools a plus: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
