The Essentials:
• Proven experience producing creative assets within the media industry, or advertising/creative/digital agency
• Experience working across a variety of audiences and touchpoints
• Proficient use of video creative software such as creative suites like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and/or Illustrator, good understanding and capable of overseeing animated (2D/3D) work
• Experience supervising projects and the entire production process of any On-Air and Off-Air content
• Creative thinking and problem solving with a good sense of design and media trends
• Deep understanding of brands and marketing goals in creative assignments
• Fluent English, other European languages a plus
• Ability to present and pitch design work to senior clients and management

In this role you will be responsible for the project lead and hands-on production of creative assets (e.g. channel and stunt packaging, marketing campaigns, trailers, multiplatform video formats) across WarnerMedia brands and services. You'll work closely and proactively with other members of the in-house Agency to manage creative projects from brief receipt and conception through approvals to delivery.

The Daily:
• Project leading key creative campaigns, stunts, activations or ongoing makelist-based briefs
• Leading the ideation of, as well as executing, promotional assets supporting brand, content, marketing, and commercial strategies and helping the clients achieve their goals whilst raising the bar in creative innovation
• Understanding channel/brand/service identities and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines; enacting brand refreshes and repositioning in line with business needs
• End-to-end video production including:
• Channel/Non-linear services video branding & packaging
• On-screen graphics creation
• Script/copy writing
• Animation/Video shooting
• Video/music editing
• VO directing
• Very close collaboration within the Agency across all verticals – tapping into specialised skills and nuanced knowledge (audiences, cultures, platform specifics etc)
• Scoping and planning of work, for yourself and others
