SALES TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (REMOTE/USA) - GRAY MEDIA GROUP
Job Summary/Description:
Gray Television is looking for an experienced sales executive that wants to transition to recruiting the best sales talent in the business. We are looking to hire a full time Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Our next sales talent acquisition specialist will understand the challenges and rewards of positions on our sales teams. This position will work remotely, and some travel will be required.
Our next sales talent acquisition specialist will recruit for sales executive roles within Gray. Previous hands-on sales experience is required.
Our future team member will build relationships with organizations and universities. The right candidate must be willing to travel and comfortable with public speaking.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in local television sales is required.
Other qualifications include -
• 2+ years of related experience and college degree preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written - required
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize required
• Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US required
