Job Summary/Description:
Gray Television is looking for an experienced sales executive who wants to transition to recruiting the best sales talent in the business. We are looking to hire a full-time Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Our next sales talent acquisition specialist will understand the challenges and rewards of positions on our sales teams. This position will work remotely, and some travel will be required. Our next sales talent acquisition specialist will recruit for sales executive roles within Gray. Previous hands-on sales experience is required.
Our future team members will build relationships with organizations and universities. The right candidate must be willing to travel and comfortable with public speaking.
Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Sourcing & recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidate resumes & job applications
• Assess candidates' knowledge, soft skills, and experience
• Interviewing
• Serve as a Gray TV ambassador
Qualification/Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in sales
• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
