Job Summary/Description:

WCSC, the #1 News and Entertainment Station in Charleston SC is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the sales management team and account executives. Position will assist Digital and Broadcast (Local & National) sales team with daily support functions to include compilation of sales presentations, daily client support and interaction to include order entry. Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who works well under pressure and with good time management skills and desire to learn more about media sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Order entry/maintenance in Wide Orbit Traffic system
- Create PowerPoint sales presentations
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheet reports
- Assist with research, traffic and programming functions within the sales department
- Provide support to Digital/Broadcast Sales Management and Sales Team
- Order entry in Gray Connect system
- Monitor delivery through DFP to ensure digital campaign performance

• Applicant must be detail-oriented, a problem solver, and able to learn new things quickly. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker. This person can work well under pressure, and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely. Candidate should be proficient in data entry and have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. College degree required, and sales/ advertising experience is preferred.
