Job Summary/Description:

The WPTA sales department is seeking a friendly, positive, self-motivated individual whose primary responsibilities will be to provide a variety of administrative support and increase productivity as a Local Sales Assistant to the sales organization. Must thrive in a team environment, have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced work culture. Be a part of a successful team that strives to exceed customer expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with sales team and build client solutions
- Work with sales team to build compelling multi-media sales presentations and campaign proof of performance reports
- Help plan strategic solutions and tactics for advertisers
- Work closely with the digital team to coordinate the execution and reporting of digital campaigns
- Assisting with station inventory management
- Ability to perform at a high level, multitask efficiently and meet deadlines
- Provide support to sales staff and sales management team with duties as assigned
- Other sales duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Premier Photoshop, Canva etc.) is an additional benefit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous advertising/marketing experience is preferred, but not required
