Job Summary/Description:

WECT, Wilmington, NC has an immediate opening for a Digital Sales Specialist who will work strategically with the Multi Media Consultants to create effective digital solutions for clients and grow significant digital revenue. Candidate should have proven digital sales experience, be an excellent communicator, analytical, organized, have expert knowledge of all digital products, platforms and technologies, and passionate about digital media

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide digital sales support for our sales team.
- Collaborate with Multi Media Consultants and Digital Sales Manager to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual budgets.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize client campaigns for the best results and to grow local businesses.
- Develop strong, creative digital campaign ideas that focus on the client needs.
- Be an expert on all of our digital platforms and sales options. Pivotal resource for all of our digital platforms and sales options.
- Meet with clients regularly and create positive working relationships.
- Understand the needs of the team and be proactive and reactive when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- High computer literacy across all devices (desktop/tablet/smartphone.)
- Able to distill complex digital vernacular and technical elements into easy-to-understand concepts.
- Outstanding customer service. Must be excellent in building relationships and following through on promises and commitments made.
- Detail oriented and extremely organized, able to handle multiple orders at various stages of execution and development across dozens of accounts.
- Strong presentation and social skills. Excellent communicator and digital tutor.
- Enjoys being an active support player for others. Comfortable working with sales people and their clients, individually and together.
- Ability to make high-quality digital creative ads and sales presentations.
- Experience with DFP, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, digital ad networks, HTML or development a plus.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with graphic programs (e.g. Photoshop) a plus.
- Able to work quickly under pressure.
- Have a well-grounded understanding of the importance of making revenue goals.
