Job Summary/Description:

The Digital Sales Assistant is an essential member of our Sales team responsible for producing ads for our digital properties and following through on the fulfillment of our advertising partners' campaigns. This position will work in support of a team of Account Executives and will handle various administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned. Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to learn new concepts quickly. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess superior communication skills, and have excellent time management abilities.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Production of digital creative using Adobe Photoshop
- Data entry for digital orders
- Generating performance reports for digital campaigns
- Maintaining excellent customer service relations at the agency and client levels
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a changing, fast-paced environment

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Candidate should have experience in MS Office and be proficient in data entry and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with digital traffic systems such as Google Ad Manager and Wide Orbit is a plus
