FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the US These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will have a pivotal role, contributing to the success of the team. Primary responsibilities include:
• Support Account Executives and Sales Managers in sales initiatives
• Participation in the creation of customized proposals / ad campaigns. Most are Power point based.
• Order entry and fulfillment / delivery of all digital campaigns.
• Traffic digital copy, monitor pacing and create performance reports.
• Participation in the management of online inventory and the monitoring of advertiser campaign pacing to ensure campaigns are continually optimized.
• Reconciliation of digital campaigns and billing; review & approve vendor invoices.
• Work with our creative services department to create all digital ads needed for campaigns.
• Direct contact with the sales management and Account Executives – must be personable and have a positive, client centric attitude.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and be consistently available to help the team succeed throughout the day.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Regularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear.
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to focus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 1-2 yrs. work experience in account service, customer service, media, or agency; preferably digital.
• Preferred candidate proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Previous experience working with a variety of digital traffic systems/platforms, such as Wide Orbit and Google Ad Manager is a PLUS!

EDUCATION:
A college degree and digital experience are preferred, but we are open to passionate individuals eager to contribute to our success.Minimum three years' experience and/or training. Media Sales Experience a Plus. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
